Member, Board of Trustees of The Exchange’s IPF, representing Registered Shareholders Association. Shuaibu Idris is the MD/CEO of Time-Line Consult Limited, responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance, managing the day to day operation and marketing of clients across the west coast of Africa and beyond. Previously, he served as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Dangote Flour Mills Plc from April 2009 to December 2010, saddled with the responsibility for the overall management of the company and coordination of the supply chain, sales and marketing, human resource, finance, quality control and corporate affairs. Prior to this appointment as the DMD, he has served as the Special Assistant to the Group CEO of Dangote Group; Group Treasurer; Executive Director, Sales and Marketing and Group General Manager, Human Resources and Administration from where he accumulated several years of professional experience. He was an Investment and a Lending banker having risen to senior management and director positions in the banking sector in Nigeria. Shuaibu Idris is a graduate of Accountancy from Bayero University, Kano, a qualified Chatered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Master’s degree (M.A. Banking and Finance) from University of Wales, Bangor, United Kingdom. He is an alumnus of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru, Jos and Lagos Business School (LBS). He has attended the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Advanced Leadership Program from Judge Business School, Cambridge University, U.K. Shuaibu is a Fellow member of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (FCNA), Chartered Institute of Marketing Nigeria (FNIMN), Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Nigeria, as well as Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM) and the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). He currently serves on the board of several private limited liability companies and public quoted companies as an independent director. His interests include Football, Tennis, Swimming, and Political Debates.
